Abstract of Wills Info on Winbert Tschudy of Baltimore County, Md.
I thank Joe McKee of Michigan for providing the information below for those who are researching the Tschudi families of Maryland.
I'm writing by invitation on your website. You mentioned at one point, that if anyone had any information about Martin Tshudi or Judy of early Baltimore, you would be interested in hearing about it. I've been researching some cousins who married into the Judy family in Page Co. VA. While tracing their origins I came across the following information that may interest you, but doesn't seem to be the " right" family for my purposes.

…I have some other mentions of Tschudi family members in Baltimore Co. from various references I found here at the Library of Michigan in Lansing. These are mostly marriage notices and a few obituaries or death notices from 1765-1816. One is the marriage notice of your ancestor Margaret Tschudy and Mr. I. [BJ's note: should be J.] P. Spies. in July 1805.
